Skin Treatments

Our skin treatments included dermaplaning, enzyme peels and AHA/BHA chemical peels. Dermaplaning uses a stainless-steel scalpel blade to exfoliate dead skin cells and vellus (peach fuzz) from the face. Dermaplaning can be added to our custom facials or done as a standalone treatment. Enzyme peels are a gentle exfoliating facial treatment that uses natural fruit enzymes to dissolve dead skin cells on the surface of the skin. They are mild and non-invasive. Great for sensitive skin, acne and congestion, and uneven skin tone. Leaves skin glowing with zero downtime. Chemical peels use exfoliating acids to go a bit deeper to remove dead skin cells and stimulate skin cell turnover. We use glycolic acid, lactic acid, and salicylic acids in an aloe-based gel. They loosen the bond between dead skin cells, pushing the plump round cells to the surface. Chemical peels work to improve acne and breakouts, reduce fine lines and wrinkles, even skin tone and hyperpigmentation and smooth rough texture. A consultation is required before chemical peels are done. They are performed in a series and offered only between the months of September - April as the sun is a big factor in getting the best results for your skin.

  • A facial is designed to cleanse, exfoliate and nourish the skin. Each facial is customized to your skin type and concerns.

  • For best results, a facial every 4 - 6 weeks is recommended to maintain healthy, radiant skin.

  • No- enzyme peels do not typically cause visible peeling. Your skin will feel smooth, soft, and refreshed immediately following treatment.

  • You may experience light flaking or peeling depending on the strength of the peel. Some clients will experience no visible peeling at all due to previous predatory products.

  • Yes, when performed by a licensed professional. We choose the appropriate strength and type based on your skin type and condition.

  • Direct sun exposure, saunas, hot showers and workouts for 24 hrs. Harsh skincare products like retinol and exfoliants for several days. You will get recommendation on after care products during your consultation.

  • You’ll see an amazing glow right after the peel. Days 3-5 your skin will appear a little duller as peeling of skin cells takes place. Then the end results begin to appear with a glow, lighter pigmentation and lessor appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
